The ACE process
From recycled glass
to the built environment.
Recycled glass becomes the starting point for functional aggregates. From there, the material follows one of three product paths.

Recover
Start with glass that can be recovered and prepared for a new use.

Prepare
Sort and process the glass into a feedstock suitable for the manufacturing process.

Transform
Heat the prepared glass to create a porous foam glass material.

Put to work
Supply material for ACE’s construction systems and graded lightweight aggregates.
